Compass Group – LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card is a pre-configured remote support client that lets Compass Group employees quickly request and receive technical assistance from the IT Service Desk. Once launched, the Calling Card connects users to an authorized technician via a secure LogMeIn Rescue session. With the user’s explicit consent, the technician can view or control the desktop, chat, transfer files, run basic diagnostics, and help resolve issues in real time.
